Tajul Islam Rajib is a successful entrepreneur from Narayanganj. From a very early age, Rajib invested his time to visit several business industries and learn the strategies to run a business.
Rajib’s father Al-haj Mohammad Kashem was a renowned businessman in Narayanganj. He is the founder of the dyeing and garments company Azad Knit Composite Textile Mills, reads a press release.
When Rajib was a college student, his father realized the inner spirit of his son and handed over the responsibility of the director of the company to him. He started his journey on this path successfully.
Rajib was always successful at his work and he extended his father’s business. Now, he is the director of Azad Rifat Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd and Azad Knit Composite Textile Mills and the chairman of a real estate company called Kaif Developments Limited.
Rajib is also the proprietor of Azad Fisheries. The company was established in 2020. He is also the owner of “Daily Ujjibito Bangladesh.”
Rajib explored different sectors in his career. He believes that even a small business is important. If one works on it dedicatedly, they can turn it into a large business.

Rajib was thinking about the people who lost their job. During that time, he started to experiment with Biofloc Technology. He found new hope in this sector and decided to involve others in his business.
His company Azad Fisheries is now earning huge foreign currency by exporting fish.
